Achieve Massive Golf Club Swing Speed

To get your golf club swing speed higher you must take a different approach. You need to train your golf muscles to fire faster, but under control. You don’t achieve this by hitting more balls. You get it by strengthening AND stretching your golf swing muscles specific to the motion. It’s not as hard as you think, but there’s a right way and a wrong way to go about it.

Swinging at higher speeds is definitely important to improving distance, but it’s got to be under control to get solid ball/clubface contact. Swinging hard for the sake of it is not going to get you more distance. It will get you brutal mishits that go way off the fairways.

One of the quickest ways to achieve a higher swing speed is by using a weighted golf club. This will directly strengthen you muscles to make this happen.

Another approach is strengthening your core muscles with explosive movements using a weighted medicine ball. Incorporating rotational exercises will greatly improve your ability to promote power and swing speed into impact.

Yet another approach is using exercise tubing and making golf swings with it. It’s so easy to attach this tubing to your office or home door and go for it. You can even take it on the road with you which removes all excuses not to do this.

Fix My Golf Swing

If you think that you need help to fix my golf swing then you have come to the right place. By identifying that you need help then you are one step closer to an overall improved game. The swing is the key element and by improving this you should find all the other elements of the game improving too.

You may think that to start with you need to identify the problems in your swing and try to work on each of these. However, you should find that if you concentrate on strengthening the muscles that you use when you swing, you will find that some of the problems will be eliminated anyway. This is because many problems are caused by a lack of muscle tone.

If your body is not strong enough to hold the positions necessary for a good golf swing, then you will find that as the game goes on your positioning will become sloppy and you will be hitting the ball less and less accurately and not so hard.

Obviously all of us tire as we go through the course but by making sure that we are spending time working on the correct muscle groups we should be able to strengthen those key areas and help to eliminate fatigue and help to improve accuracy and speed when hitting the ball. So you can have help to fix my golf swing by concentrating on improving these areas.

Try the Full Swing Golf Simulator to Play Better

You may have heard of a full swing golf simulator. This is a piece of software which you can use to improve your golf game indoors. This is really useful to use when the weather is not good for playing, when you cannot get to the driving range or when you just need the convenience of being able to practice playing in your own home. It is every mans dream – well anyone really who likes technology.

There is a large screen which shows a picture of the golf course and a mat which you play from which emulates different playing surfaces. It even has touch screen controls. Sounds like great fun but extremely expensive. It is a great alternative to playing outside when the weather is not good and is great as you can play with other people as well. However, whether it is actually good for improving your golf game is debatable.

It is possibly like a driving simulator effects on improving your driving skills. It is likely to be far more worthwhile working on specific aspects of your game. It is arguably far more useful to work on your physical fitness. By improving the muscles that you use when you swing you are more likely to be able to improve your swing action.

It is well worth a try – taking a few weeks to concentrate on doing this and seeing whether exercises will help to improve your swing. It is certainly a much cheaper option than a full swing golf simulator.

However, there are very many aspects to having a good swing such as how you stand, how you move, how much strength you have when you hit the ball and how flexible you are. This means that it can be very tricky to work on improving your swing as there are so many aspects to look at. It can just be very daunting and a job to know exactly where to start. For example, it is well worth improving your physical fitness as having strong, flexible muscles will really help the swing as you will be more able to have the correct stance and overall technique if your muscles are capable of supporting your body in the required positions.

Repeatable Golf Swing – You’ll Be Shocked How to Get It

To achieve a repeatable golf swing you must take in to count several important issues. The obvious that you most likely do is take golf lessons and hit balls at the range. That’s important, but to build this repeatable golf swing there is another VERY critical element to this golf improvement plan.

Let me give you a hint.

It’s the THING that swings your club. Give up? It’s your BODY!

Your body swings your club, so you must fix this first, before your swing can get better.

When you think of repeating not just a golf swing but a good one, don’t you think that involves your golf muscles? Especially the endurance factor? Swinging a golf club at 80-100mph over 70 times a round is depleting to say the least.

Golfers that think it’s all about learning swing technique and not physical are SO wrong! It’s probably 50/50 to be quite honest. There’s definitely a technique component, and there is definitely a strength and flexibility one. So combining them is the BEST approach to a repeatable golf swing that holds up for 18 holes of golf.

As golfers get older, the first thing to go is the physical. And when the physical goes, technique goes quickly, resulting in a non-repeatable golf swing that comes and goes like the wind. The ONLY way to prevent this is a golf specific exercise program targeting your golf swing muscles.
