It is very useful looking into golf swing fundamentals before you start to play the game. If you are not a beginner you may think that there is little point in looking at them again. However, you may find that there are some very basic things that you have either forgotten about or are doing incorrectly.
It is important to look back and make sure that you have not fallen into any bad habits. One way that you can get yourself out of this sort of bad habit is to make sure that you have the golf specific muscular strength and flexibility required.
This involves making sure that the muscles that you use when you are playing the game of golf and most specifically swinging at the ball, are strong and flexible. Imagine the stance, positioning and swing action and think what they would be like if you were both more flexible and stronger.
It is likely that you could more easily get into the precise positions required and could hit the ball more accurately and with more speed. This will enable you to be able to play a better shot and more consistently reproduce it, meaning that you should be able to easily improve your golf score and enjoy the game much more without becoming so tired towards the end of the game and therefore performing less well on the last few holes.
So think carefully about your fitness levels when you are looking over the golf swing fundamentals.
