Basketball: Feet and hands must be used in cohesion. In other words, dont just shoot with ur hands, give the ball more lift by unbending your knees.

Volleyball: Keep your knees bent and talk to your teammates. Also, when doing a dig, keep your arms as straight as possible and have as little a space in between them a possible (do this by bending your wrists as far down as possible).

Tennis: Keep your eyes on the ball, move around the court and work on your fitness! A real match can take upards of 3 hours, with most of that time spent running.

Golf: For a good lesson, get some videos of Tiger Woods and play them in slow motion. Watch his body as hepowers up and hits the ball. You’ll notice that it’s not his hands that give him the power, its the turning of his body.
